- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. corn meal
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 stick melted margarine
- 1 large lemon, juiced and grated rind
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Mix sugar with corn meal and flour.

2Add melted margarine, lemon juice and rind.

3Add eggs.

4Mix well.

5Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell.

6Bake in preheated oven at 350° until tested done.

7Do not overbake.
