  • 2 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 eggs (unbeaten)
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp. grated lemon rind

    Mix sugar, cornmeal and flour.

    Add eggs, one at a time.

    Beat well after adding each.

    Stir in butter, milk, lemon juice and rind.
