- 2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 4 eggs (unbeaten)
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
Directions

1Mix sugar, cornmeal and flour.

2Add eggs, one at a time.

3Beat well after adding each.

4Stir in butter, milk, lemon juice and rind.

5Mix well.

6Pour mixture into unbaked pastry shell.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
