- 4 egggs, beaten
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp cornmeal
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp lemon zest
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 9-inch pie crust
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Combine sugar, flour and cornmeal. Stir into beaten eggs. Stir milk, lemon juice, zest, and melted butter into egg mixture.

3Pour into crust.

4Place pie on bottom shelf of oven with foil covering shelf above and bake for 1 hour, or until set.
