- 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 1/4 c. cream
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
Directions

1Beat the eggs until they are creamy.

2Mix sugar, flour and cornmeal.

3Add to the eggs, a small amount at a time.

4Add liquids slowly in the order they are listed.

5Pour into an unbaked pie shell and bake for 40 minutes at 350°.
