- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 whole eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- grated rind of 1 lemon
Directions

1Cream butter or margarine.

2Add sugar and flour which have been sifted together.

3Continue creaming until fluffy.

4Add eggs, mixing until blended.

5Add milk, lemon juice and rind.

6Pour into shell.

7Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

8Reduce heat to 300° and bake for 30 minutes longer, or when knife comes out clean.
