- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Directions

1In small bowl, mix sugar, flour and cornmeal.

2In large bowl, beat eggs, butter, milk, lemon juice, rind and salt.

3Add dry ingredients and beat until smooth.

4Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
