  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon rind
