- 4 egg whites
- 24 'jatz' biscuits or 24 other crackers, crushed
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 115 g pecans, finely chopped
Directions

1Beat egg whites till very frothy.

2Gradually add sugar.

3Beat till mixture is stiff and shiny.

4Fold in crushed crackers and pecans.

5Cook in greased 9 inch pie dish.

6Bake at 160 C for 40 minutes.

7Cool totally then refrigerate.

8Top with whipped cream and serve.
