- 2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 2 lemons, grated peel and strained juice
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Combine sugar, flour and cornmeal.

2Add to melted butter and beaten eggs.

3Stir in lemon peel and juice.

4Put in unbaked pie shell.

5Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.

6Chill until center is firm enough to cut.
