- 2 cups sugar, divided
- 2 eggs
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups pb 2 powdered peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions

1In a large mixing bowl, cream shortening and sugar together; add eggs, mix in flour, PB2, cream of tarter, baking soda, salt, and vanilla.

2Roll mixture into balls; Place on an ungreased baking sheet and flatten with a fork in crosshatch style.

3Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
