  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. corn meal
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice

Directions

    Cream sugar and butter.

    Add eggs (one at a time) and milk. Beat well.

    Add flour, corn meal and lemon juice.

    Pour mixture into pie shell and bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes, until done.
