  • 4 unbeaten eggs
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon rind (optional)

    Beat until smooth and thoroughly blended.

    Pour into pastry-lined 9-inch pie pan.
