Lemon Chewies

Directions

   Mix cake mix and 1 egg in a large bowl.

   After mixing well with a spoon, add 2 cups Cool Whip.

   Mix this until well blended. It will be very hard to stir.

   Drop teaspoon of dough at a time into confectioners sugar and make into a ball.

   Put on a cookie sheet and bake at 350° until lightly brown on bottom, about 8 minutes.
