- 4 or 5 chicken breasts, remove skin and debone
- flour (for dredging)
- salt, pepper, garlic clove and lemon
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Pound chicken breasts until thin; dredge in flour.

2Saute in pan with a bit of olive oil.

3Add half of lemon and garlic.

4Saute until light brown.

5Remove from pan.

6Glaze pan with white wine. Return chicken to pan and add broth and squeeze on the remaining lemon.

7Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
