- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine (I use about 6 Tbsp. butter)
- 1/4 cup Real Lemon juice
- 8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms (can also use canned mushrooms)
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (can also use boneless thighs)
