  • 1/4 cup all-purpose gluten free flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine (I use about 6 Tbsp. butter)
  • 1/4 cup Real Lemon juice
  • 8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms (can also use canned mushrooms)
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (can also use boneless thighs)
