  • 7 to 8 meaty chicken pieces (thighs and/or split breasts)
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. butter

Directions

    Put oil and melted butter in 13 x 1/2 x 2-inch pan.

    Shake chicken pieces in bag containing flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Place chicken in pan, skin side down.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 425°. Turn chicken skin side up.

    Return to oven for 15 minutes.

    Spoon lemon sauce over chicken pieces and return to oven for 15 minutes.
