- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 2 lemons
- 1 medium onion
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Pound chicken until it is nice and flat.

2Cut chicken into strips.

3Cover bottom of inside frying pan with 1/4 inch cooking oil.

4Cut lemons into fourths.

5Cut onions into fine strips. Saute lemons and onion over medium heat.

6When light brown in color, add chicken.

7Cook over medium to low heat until chicken starts to brown.

8Salt and pepper to taste.

9Serve over rice with a slice of lemon as garnish.
