- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 chicken breast halves, skinned
- 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. dried whole thyme
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. Chablis
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Heat oil in a heavy skillet until hot; add chicken and cook 5 minutes in each side.

2Place chicken in an 8-inch square baking dish; discard drippings.

3Add parsley flakes and next 3 ingredients to skillet.

4Bring to a boil.

5Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with lemon juice, pepper and paprika.

6Cover and bake at 400° for 25 minutes or until tender.
