Lemon Chicken Drummies

  • 1 package Chicken Legs Or Drum Sticks (enough To Serve 4)
  • 1/4 cups Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Grey Poupon Mustard
  • 6 cloves Chopped Garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper

Directions

    Mix all ingredients (except drummies) in a big plastic zip lock baggie.

    Squelch to combine.

    Throw in your drummies and squelch again so they are all covered with delicious sauce.

    Put them in the fridge and let them sit for at least 3 hours.

    Fire up your grill.

    Slap the drummies on your grill, and grill for 15 minutes, turning so they dont burn.

    Note: since we live in Wyoming, and its January right now, I am cooking these in my oven, at 350 degrees.

    Spread out in a casserole dish, cook them for 45 minutes.
