Lemon Chicken Pasta

  • 1 lb. raw boneless chicken, chopped in small pieces
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
  • lemon juice
  • pepper and salt to taste
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. vermicelli, boiled and drained

Directions

    In a large skillet melt margarine; stir-fry chicken in butter until cooked.

    Add onion and cook onion until tender, but still crunchy.

    Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.

    Cook 1 more minute.

    Toss with cooked noodles.
