- 1 lb. raw boneless chicken, chopped in small pieces
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
- lemon juice
- pepper and salt to taste
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. vermicelli, boiled and drained
Directions

1In a large skillet melt margarine; stir-fry chicken in butter until cooked.

2Add onion and cook onion until tender, but still crunchy.

3Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.

4Cook 1 more minute.
