- 8 chicken breasts, cooked, boned and cut into chunks
- 2 c. sour cream
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tubes Ritz crackers, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. poppy seed
- 2 sticks oleo, melted
Directions

1Mix sour cream, soup and lemon juice.

2Mix together crushed crackers and poppy seed.

3Place chicken pieces evenly in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Pour sour cream mixture over the chicken.

5Sprinkle cracker mixture over this.

6Drizzle with melted oleo.

7Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

8Serve over hot egg noodles.
