  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 each egg
  • 1 packages 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 powdered sugar

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350.

    In bowl, mix together cake mix, egg and cool whip.

    Pour powdered sugar in separate bowl.

    Roll balls of mix (about 1 tablespoon size) into powdered sugar.

    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake 10 minutes.

    Remove and put on plate or cooling rack.
