- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Turmeric
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Peel
- 1-2/3 cup Water
- 1-1/2 cup Plain Couscous
- 1/2 cups Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
Directions

1Mince the garlic and saute in a skillet with the oil and turmeric for one minute.

2Add the lemon peel and water and bring the mixture to a boil.

3Remove from heat, add couscous, cover and let sit for about five minutes or until the liquid is absorbed.

4Mix in chopped cilantro, fresh lemon juice and salt.
