  • 500g spaghetti
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 100ml water
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 lemons juice
  • Lemon zest

    Follow instructions for pasta.

    Combine extra-virgin olive oil, water, heavy cream and lemon juice in a large saucepan. Stir for 5 minutes. Add pasta and mix well all the ingredients. Add lemon zest before serving.
