- 2 pkg. crescent dinner rolls
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg, separated
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- approximately 1 Tbsp. lemon juice or to taste
- 1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
- confectioner sugar
Directions

1Line baking dish (approximately 9 x 12-inch) with 1 package of rolls.

2Mix the next 5 ingredients; spread on crescent rolls.

3Top with 1 package of rolls.

4Beat egg white and spread over top. Sprinkle on nuts.

5Bake at 350° for approximately 35 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle top with confectioners sugar.

6Cool and slice into squares.
