Ingredients
- 1 (9 oz.) pkg. coconut pecan frosting mix
- 1/2 c. oats
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
Directions

1In large glass bowl, melt butter 1-1/2 to 2 minutes.

2Combine oats, frosting mix, flour and baking powder with butter.

3Mix until crumbly.

4Press 2/3 mixture into glass cake pan.

5Combine condensed milk, peel and juice.

6Pour over crust, sprinkle with remaining crumbs.

7Cook on SIMMER for 7 minutes and HIGH for 3-4 minutes.

8Cool and serve.

9Better after refrigeration.
