- 3 lemons (4 if small)
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten well
- 4 oz. butter or oleo
- grated rind from lemons
Directions

1Put sugar, eggs, lemon juice, butter or oleo and lemon rind in a heavy pan and stir together.

2Bring to a boil.

3Turn down heat. Slowly boil for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

4Pour into jars and store in refrigerator.

5Use on toast, etc.
