- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients in heavy pan and cook over lowest heat until mixture thickens enough to coat a spoon.

2Do not let it boil.

3Add lemon peel.

4Refrigerate until ready to use as tart or jelly roll filling.
