- 1 lemon
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 pie shell
Directions

1Mix flour with sugar and a pinch of salt.

2Beat egg yolks. Add the juice and grated rind of 1 lemon.

3Then add flour and sugar continuing to beat.

4Stir in milk and lastly fold in egg whites beaten stiff, but not dry.
