  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 c. nonfat dry milk
  • 1 2/3 c. water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon extract
  • 2 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. grated fresh lemon peel
  • 2 tsp. pure maple syrup

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    Lightly oil 4 (6-ounce) custard cups or spray with a nonstick cooking spray.

    In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients, except maple syrup.
