- juice of 4 lemons
- 1 (14 oz.) can fat-free Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) carton fat-free Cool Whip
- 1 Angel food cake, broken into bite size pieces
Directions

1Mix lemon juice with Eagle Brand milk and sugar.

2Fold in Cool whip.

3Add angel food cake and mix well.

4Garnish with grated lemon or lemon slices. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
