Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 8 oz. and 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 9 oz. carton Cool Whip
  • 3 pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 4 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients together.

    Put in a 13 x 8 x 2-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° until golden (15 to 20 minutes).

    Cool.

    Beat together 1 cup confectioners sugar, cream cheese and half of a 9 ounce carton of Cool Whip.

    Mix well together and put over golden shell.

    Beat together pudding and 4 1/2 cups milk.

    Pour over cheese mixture.

    Top with remaining 1/2 of Cool Whip.
