Ingredients
- 1 small onions
- 1 medium carrots chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/4 cup flour, all-purpose
- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1 x garlic to taste
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 each beef bouillon cubes low sodium
- 6 ounces water hot
Directions

1Saute onions and carrots in vegetable oil.

2Add the ground beef and brown and then drain off excess grease.

3Add the flour and oatmeal, garlic, worcestershire sauce and pepper to taste.

4Put the bouillon cube in the hot water, stir to-gether and add to beef.

5Put beef in a baking dish and top with whipped potatoes.

6Sprinkle with paprika and bake in 325 oven 25 -30 minutes.
