  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. finely chopped nuts
  • 8 oz. soft cream cheese
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 small pkg. lemon pudding
  • 3 1/4 c. milk

Directions

    Combine butter, flour and nuts.

    Spread into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

    Cool. Cream together next 3 ingredients and spread on top of cooled crust.

    Mix until thick the pudding and milk.

    Pour on top of the first layer.
  6. 6
    Top with remaining Cool Whip and a few chopped nuts.
