Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 3/4 c. nuts
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip (large container)
- 2 cans Eagle Brand milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
Directions

1Mix together first 3 ingredients and pat into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

2Bake at 325° for about 20 minutes.

3Mix together next 3 ingredients and pat into dish on top of cooled crust (will not spread with a spoon).

4Mix Eagle Brand milk, lemon juice and egg yolks.

5Beat egg whites and fold into mixture.

6Pour on top of cream cheese mixture.

7Cover with remaining Cool Whip.

8Let chill overnight, if possible.
