- 2 pkg. lemon pudding, cooked and cooled*
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. oleo
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- chopped nuts
- 1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
Directions

1Mix together flour, oleo and nuts.

2Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

4Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip; spread over cooled crust.

5Spread lemon pudding on top.

6Top with the Cool Whip and chopped nuts. (I used toasted almonds and coconut on top.)
