  • 2 sticks oleo (1/2 lb.)
  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 4 c. milk
  • 16 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients together and pat into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake 15 minutes at 350°.
