  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 2 pkgs. instant lemon pudding (small size)
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients like pie dough and press in a 9 x 13 inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes and cool.
  3. 3
    Cream together next 3 ingredients and spread on first layer.
  4. 4
    Whip together milk and pudding and spread on second layer.
  5. 5
    Top with the remaining Cool Whip.
