  • 1/2 c. nuts, chopped fine
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. instant pudding
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Mix oleo, flour and nuts and pat on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350°.

    Cool completely.
