- 1 1/4 sticks margarine
- 4 egg whites
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 cans lemon pie filling
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Directions

1Combine cracker crumbs and melted margarine.

2Press in 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Beat 4 egg whites stiff; gradually add sugar. Spread over cracker crumbs.

4Bake for 10 minutes at 400°.

5When cool, add 2 cans lemon pie filling.

6Top with Cool Whip.

7Chill 2 hours.
