- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 2/3 c. chopped pecans
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 8 oz. (large size) Cool Whip
- 3 c. milk
- 2 small pkg. lemon instant pudding
Directions

1Combine flour and margarine, mix with pastry blender.

2Add pecans.

3Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Bake 30 minutes at 350°, don't brown.

5Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip, reserving some Cool Whip for topping.

6Spread over cool crust. Combine milk and pudding.

7Pour over cheese layer.

8Add thick layer of Cool Whip over top of pudding.

9Let set.
