- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs
- juice and rind of 2 lemons or 7 Tbsp. lemon juice
- cracker crumbs
Directions

1Cook above ingredients together, stirring constantly.

2When thick like custard, remove and let cool.

3Chill and whip one large can of evaporated milk.

4Add to cooled custard.

5Line dish with vanilla or graham crumbs.

6Pour mixture in and cover with crumbs. Freeze.

7Serves 12 to 16.
