- 1 c. flour
- 1 stick oleo, melted
- 1 c. pecans
- 2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- 1 c. powdered sugar
Directions

1Mix the flour, oleo (which has been melted) and pecans.

2Press in bottom of 11 x 13-inch pan.

3Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

4Let cool.

5Mix the instant pudding with milk.

6Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar.

7Add Cool Whip to cream cheese and spread half over bottom of crust.

8Spread pudding over this.

9Spread the remaining Cool Whip and cream cheese mixture on top.

10Sprinkle with a few nuts.

11Put in refrigerator.
