  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lemon
  • Powdered sugar

    2. Melt butter in cast iron pot on simmer

    3.Whisk flour, milk and eggs together

    4. Pour on top of butter and bake for 15 minutes- or until it puffs up

    5. Squeeze on juice of 1 lemon (or more) and powdered sugar

    6. Bake for 5 more minutes
