  • 8 eggs
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 23 juiced lemon (may use whole juiced lemon if desired)
  • pepper, to taste
  • oil, as needed

Directions

    Fry eggs in oil.

    Squeeze lemon juice over eggs.

    After the eggs are done, remove from heat and place in a bowl.

    Chop eggs with a knife, or squish with fingers.

    Crumble feta over the eggs, and add pepper as desired.
