Lemon Fish Roll-Ups

- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1 8 oz. pkg shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 8 fish fillets
- paprika, to taste
Directions

1In a medium bowl combine rice, cheese, broccoli and lemon mixture.

2Divide mixture among 8 fish fillets.

3Roll up and place seam side down in 9 x 13 pan.

4Top with remaining sauce and paprika.

5Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
