Lemon Fish Roll-Ups

  • 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 8 oz. pkg shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 8 fish fillets
  • paprika, to taste

Directions

    In a medium bowl combine rice, cheese, broccoli and lemon mixture.

    Divide mixture among 8 fish fillets.

    Roll up and place seam side down in 9 x 13 pan.

    Top with remaining sauce and paprika.

    Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
