  • 10 lemons, juice of (2 cups)
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 (2 liter) bottle ginger ale, chilled
  • 1 pint lemon sherbet, or
  • 1 pint vanilla frozen yogurt
  • lemon, half-cartweel slices
  • fresh mint leaves

Directions

    Combine lemon juice and sugar; stir to dissolve sugar.

    Add water; chill.

    To serve, in large punch bowl, combine lemon mixture and ginger ale.

    Add small scoops of sherbert, lemon slices and mint.
