  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 1/2 c. chopped coconut
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 3 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 4 1/2 c. cold milk

    Blend together flour, margarine and coconut.

    Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
