  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Very Berry BarbieT Flavor Gelatin, or any red flavor
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
  • 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Directions

    Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until gelatin is completely dissolved.

    Add ice cubes; stir until gelatin is slightly thickened.

    Remove any unmelted ice.

    Add strawberries; stir.

    Gently stir in whipped topping.

    Pour evenly into dessert glasses.

    Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
