- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 (9 oz.) graham cracker crust
- 1 (8 oz.) carton lemon yogurt
- 1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Directions

1Combine gelatin, cold water and boiling water.

2Chill until it is like unbeaten egg white.

3Fold in yogurt and whipped topping. Pour into crust and refrigerate.

4Nonfat yogurt and light whipped topping and sugar-free lemon gelatin may be used.
